3 people stabbed in Flagstaff. Police searching for suspect.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Tasha YellowHair is wanted for questioning in a stabbing that occurred at 2010 E Butler on 11/5/18. Yellowhair’s boyfriend is possibly the suspect and needs to be identified.

The Flagstaff Police Department responded to a report of three victims being stabbed with a knife at the 2000 block of East Butler Avenue on 11-5-2018 at approximately 8:00 PM.

On November 5, 2018, at approximately 8:00 PM, Officers with the Flagstaff Police Department responded to the 2000 block of East Butler Avenue, in reference to a report of a fight involving a knife. Upon their arrival they saw the suspect had fled the area but located three victims in need of medical attention. Officers verified the scene was safe while medics responded to treat their injuries. All three victims were transported to Flagstaff Medical Center for treatment. Officers gathered evidence at the scene and interviewed witnesses. 

At this time the suspect has not been identified but is described as a native American male approximately 5’5” tall and 200 pounds. He was last seen in dark colored clothing and appeared to be approximately 30 years old. He may have injuries from the altercation including cuts to his hands and/or body. 

This case is in its preliminary stages of investigation and the Flagstaff Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating and identifying the suspect.
