Flagstaff fire is attempting to gain access to a small fire reported near the Country Club and Butler area. State troopers are also seeing the fire and say its believed to be running along the purple heart trail within city limits. At this point, the fire appears to be under an acre in size, but is torching in tall trees. Updates will be provided at flagscanner.com

  1. We have not received any updates from authorities. In incidents like this, no news is good news. Safe to assume the fire is under control.
