July 22nd, 2016 at 8:38 AM

Coconino County Sheriff’s Office has released the following:

Attached is the 911 call received yesterday. Cell service from the San Francisco Peaks can be hit and miss.  You hear through this recording that the call connection is lost and the dispatcher calls back.  The call connection is lost at the end of the recording, and the dispatcher and reporting party exchanged several phone calls afterward. The rest of the phone conversation is not currently available; the 911 center is having difficulties with the program that makes recordings.
