BREAKING: 911 Lines are BACK ONLINE!

September 12th, 2017 at 8:11 PM

UPDATE 10:00 PM All 911 lines are back operational.

The Flagstaff Police Department wants the public to be aware that many 911 lines in and around the State are currently down.  Shortly after 7:00 PM, century Link advised us that a fiber line had been cut.  The impact of this cut is that those calling 911 in certain areas would not be able to get through to various Dispatch Centers.

Century Link is working to restore the lines. Citizens are encouraged to use the direct lines to contact the emergency service they are needing. Some of the local numbers are as follows:

Flagstaff Police and Fire: 928-774-1414

Coconino County Sheriff’s Office: 928-774-4523

Guardian medical transport: 928-773-7876

Williams Police Department: 928-635-4461

Grand Canyon National Park: 928-638-7805
