Update on search for assault suspects from NAUPD: NAUPD and area law enforcement continue to search for the assault suspects last seen in the area of the Urban Trail and Knoles Drive. The only description we have is two males, 6’ tall wearing all black and ski masks carrying a 4” knife. Please remain vigilant and aware of your surroundings and report any sightings to NAUPD 928-523-3000. Walk with friends or utilize the Safewalk program for escorts at 928-523-3611. NAU issued an alert Saturday night, shortly after 9 p.m.
NAU PD is looking for two assault suspects. Both are described as male, 6-foot tall, wearing black hoodies, black pants, and black ski masks. The men are reportedly armed with a 4-in. knife.
If you see individuals matching this description, do not approach. Contact police or 911.
