BREAKING! Police arrest two connected to school vandalism

The Flagstaff Police Department has arrested two juveniles in connections with the vandalism at Killip School and Mount Elden Middle School. Police had received tips from the public identifying the individuals from the photographs. Both juveniles later admitted responsibility for both incidents at Killip Elementary School and for Mount Elden Middle School.

Each of the juveniles were charged with three counts of Burglary, three counts of Aggravated Criminal Damage and one count of Interfering with an Educational Facility. Both suspects were booked into Coconino County Juvenile Detention Center.

The Flagstaff Police Department and the Flagstaff Unified School District would like to thank everyone who assisted with this investigation.

  1. My mom raised me the best she could, she was an amazing parent but I did wrong on my own. No matter how you raise your children, they are going to do what they want to do in the end. Some kids were raised in BAD environments and end up becoming great successful people.. Vice versa. We can’t afford to stay home 24/7 and raise our kids anywhere, especially here. Not the parents fault for sure, some of us try to do all we can for our kids and we just have to hope for the best.
