Flagstaff Police, Fire and Guardian EMS are currently on scene of an active situation involving a stab would to the neck. The stabbing occurred off of 2nd ST.
One suspect has been taken into custody at gun point.
At this time police are setting up a perimeter around the 2200 block off 2nd ST so they can make entry into a residence.
