Flagstaff Police and EMS are responding to a report of a female that was hit by a car while riding her bike. She is alert and conscious, but complaining of a possible broken arm. Location is 5250 Highway 89 near the Colony Mobile Home park. It is unknown if the vehicle that struck the woman is still on scene.
