At 4:40 p.m. Flagstaff Fire Department responded to a call of a person not breathing in the area of 800 E. Butler Avenue, near the Greyhound Station. Crews found a person not breathing with no pulse, in the area across from Warners.
Be aware of any increased police activity in the area as officials conduct their investigation.
