Detectives with the Flagstaff Police Department recently became aware of three instances beginning last week where a male subject had inappropriately touched young females who were either on the bus or waiting at a Mountain Line Bus stop. The Flagstaff Police Department would like to thank the Mountain Line officials who assisted in providing Detectives with video evidence.
Detectives identified the suspect as Glenn Balancar, a 22 year old Filipino male. Balancar was charged with two counts of sexual abuse and one count of assault. He was booked into the Coconino County Jail on these charges. It is possible that further victims have not yet come forward. A photograph of Balancar is attached.
