UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN HAS ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY THROUGH THE PARIA RIVER. * SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE… LEES FERRY. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES…PARIA RIVER. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS… MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND NOW. ACT QUICKLY TO PROTECT YOUR LIFE.
