(This post has been delayed by 30 minutes)Flagstaff Police, Fire, and EMS are all at a residence in the 4800 block of E Gibson conducting a welfare check on an adult who threatened to harm themselves. Officers received additional details en route that warranted additional officers and resources.
Officers made a forced entry and have the person detained. They are not injured.
