1:40pm UPDATE: Flag PD has determined that no threats were made and a weapons violation did not occur. It appears that it was a private party transaction for the purchase of the gun.
1:30pm Flag PD is responding to the Kohl’s Parking lot at 500 West Forest Meadows Street for reports of a male in the parking lot said to be armed with a shotgun.
