Flagstaff Police officers have been dispatched to the area of Heritage Square downtown for reports of an adult male threatening people with an axe. He is only described as wearing a black hoodie and dark pants.
UPDATE 9:19 P.M. : Officers have made contact with the suspect and are questioning him.
