The Flagstaff Police Department recently received information that Mr. Brendan Lybarger may be missing. He was last seen in Flagstaff on March 24, 2016. Mr. Lybarger is described as a 5’8″ tall, 145 LBS, caucasion male, 40 years of age, with brown hair and blue eyes.
