The Flagstaff Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating Isaias Alvez, 68. He is a Hispanic male with brown eyes and black hair. Isaias traveled from Las Vegas to Flagstaff on the Greyhound bus, arriving in Flagstaff around 1:30am on 8/23/19. The last time anyone spoke with Isaias was the night of 8/22/19. Isaias speaks limited English and does not have a phone.
