At around 12:00 P.M. Friday afternoon, Flagstaff Police and Medics were called to the area of the 4th st underpass reference a person that was laying on the tracks and subsequently run over by a train. The victim was pronounced deceased on the scene. Name is being withheld, pending next of kin notification. We have no further details at this time.
