3:20 P.M. UPDATE: Dps has just informed us that the suspect has been apprehended. A train conductor spotted the man along the tracks neat mile marker 204 (3 miles east of Flagstaff)
10:27 am UPDATE: According to scanner traffic, at approximately 9:30 am, a traffic stop was conducted in the area of mile marker 206 on I-40. One occupant was apprehended at the scene and another fled on foot. The outstanding subject is described as a black male, approximately 5’7″ and between 180-190 lbs wearing a white shirt and black jeans. Traffic has been stopped in both directions.
9:50am DPS and CCSO are actively searching for at least one outstanding subject involved in a police situation near the Walnut Canyon exit on I-40 (near mile marker 205). Canine units have been deployed and DPS Ranger has been launched to assist in the search. Do NOT stop for hitchhikers!
