Flagstaff Police and Fire responded to a report of a house fire in the 2800 block of N West St this afternoon at around 4pm. The fire was extinguished quickly and no injuries were reported. Fire investigators say this is likely an Arson. Two people were seen in handcuffs at the scene as well.
