POSSIBLE CUSTODIAL KIDNAPPING JUST OCCURRED IN FLAGSTAFF

Flagstaff Police are responding to a report of a kidnapping that just occurred at 212 W Aspen at Wheeler Park. Caller on 911 saying her 1 year old child was just taken from her by the child’s father, who does not have custody. The Father left the area (possibly headed for the Reservation) in a mid 90’s Silver and Black Ford Bronco bearing AZ plates CDK8837. If you spot the vehicle, DO NOT APPROACH. Call Police. Further information will be posted here as we get it.

  1. FLAGscanner thank you for the response and explanation. I hope they have been located. But it is not just in this situation other situations nationwide they wait anywhere from 24-48 hours to issue an amber alert. Well if you have any updates please let us know! 🙂

  2. Charlene Dwelle probably because one the following occurred: A) Child and father were located or B) after the investigation it was discovered not to be a legitimate kidnapping. Not sure, we have not received any updates from PD.

  11. Read the post guys. Has nothing to do with a school or building. It’s not even a photo of the actual car. Like the post says, it’s just a reference photo from the internet that may look like the suspect vehicle.
