At around 6pm tonight (Monday, January 7th, 2019) Flagstaff Police were dispatched to a report of a domestic fight at an apartment in the 5200 block of Cortland Bvd. At some point in the investigation, Officers attempted to handcuff a male involved in the fight. The male began fighting with Officers and refusing their commands to stop resisting arrest. After a couple minutes, more officers arrived and were able subdue the man and take him into custody. Medics were also called to the scene. A Flagscanner follower recorded the altercation and gave exclusive permission to Flagscanner to use it.
