Ht: 5’07” to 5’09 Medium build
Dark blonde hair, unknonw eye color, wearing square framed dark color glasses

Light colored hoodie, thick short dark/dirty blonde hair, dark colored square framed glasses, tight fit dark colored jeans with light colored unknown styled shoes
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 11/01/18 between 11:00 PM and 11:59 PM the unknown Caucasian male pictured above; made entry into Old Town Crêperie located at 120 N Leroux St. Entry point/method is undetermined at this time. The male spent 15-20 minutes inside of the business. The male moved rolling appliances around, and attempted to break open a pad lock to the bathroom using a screwdriver he left behind. There is no other reported damage other than the pad lock; and nothing reported stolen from the business. There was a previous incident on 08/23/18 (P18-11270) which was similar in nature. It is unknown if the suspect from the prior incident is the same suspect in this incident.
