An APS truck has apparently truck a main water line while doing electrical work in the ground on Market Place DR.
Market Place DR is closed from HWY 89 to Safeway. There are some slight delays due to people viewing the incident. Flagstaff police, fire, APS and City of Flagstaff are all on scene.
