At approximately 10:45pm on Sunday, October 30th, Flag PD officers were dispatched to the area of Butler Avenue and Lone Tree Road where a witness reported seeing a male yelling at another person and then reported seeing a flash of a gun shot. Officers canvased the area but were unable to locate anything suspicious. Approximately 25 minutes later, they learned that the incident may have occurred closer to the 100 block of E. Butler Avenue, near the Conoco. Officers interviewed witnesses who reported hearing a popping sound and obtained several witness statements. The investigation is ongoing and no further information is available to us at this time.
