11:52 AM Coconino County Emergency Operations Center just advised Flagstaff Police of a major storm cell over the highway 180 area and Rio. This storm could potentially bring flood blockage to Highway 180 and neighborhoods between Cheshire and Sunnyside. Shelter in place now or seek high ground.
