4:12 pm Flagstaff Police have been called to help look for a runaway child in the 2800 block of N. East St. The child is 10 years old and has special needs. Last seen with a camouflage jacket, Spider-man shirt, and camouflage pants. UPDATE: THE CHILD HAS BEN LOCATED AT THE SAFEWAY.
