11:40 AM Flagstaff police are responding to the intersection of West University Ave and Tombaugh Way for a 1-year-old child wearing a diaper found along the side of the road. The caller has the child safe in her car while the police come to investigate. UPDATE: Officers are transporting the toddler to the police department. UPDATE: Per Flagstaff Police, The child has been reunited with his father. No charges were filed and the child is safe.
