4:31 pm Summit Fire and Flagstaff FD are responding to mile marker 208 on westbound Interstate 40 for a HAZMAT assignment. An 18-wheeler is leaking fuel due to a ruptured gas tank. This is roughly 7 miles east of Flagstaff. UPDATE: Crews have thoroughly searched the entire area and are unable to locate the truck in question.
