At 11:38 AM Flagstaff police were responding to the area of the Chevron gas station near Butler and the I 40 interchange for a person reporting they saw a man in the middle of the road near the business possibly pull out a gun. The subject is now running in and out of traffic near the underpass and is wearing black shorts and black shoes with no shirt.
