10:40 AM Flagstaff Police are responding to the Guidance Center at 2187 N Vickey St for an adult male attempting to leave in his car while extremely intoxicated. He is in a Black Ford and is described as an adult white male with a beard and hat, wearing blue leans and a sweater. UPDATE: Officers are attempting to locate the car and suspect now.
