At 3:45 AM Friday morning, Highlands Fire and CCSO were dispatched to a wildland fire in the area of Kona Trail and Kweo Trail. When they arrived on the scene, they found a small fire that was less than an acre in size and they were able to extinguish it rather quickly. No word on the cause of the fire. No structures were damaged.
