at 1:59 PM FLAGSTAFF POLICE were in the vicinity of the homeless shelter in the 4100 block of E. Huntington Dr. They were out checking the welfare on a male who was making statements of self harm and allegedly had a firearm in his possession. Officers have the man detained now.
