Update: Police Identify Victim in Tuesday’s Fatal Accident in Flagstaff

Flagstaff, Ariz. (FS)— A fatal three-vehicle collision early Tuesday morning claimed the life of a 77-year-old Flagstaff resident, police said.

Flagstaff Police officers responded to the crash at around 6:23 a.m. near the intersection of North Highway 89 and North Cummings Street, where they found the driver of one of the vehicles involved, Roy Manygoats, unresponsive. Emergency personnel pronounced Manygoats dead at the scene, officials confirmed.

Collision reconstruction experts were called to investigate, and traffic in the area was restricted temporarily as evidence was collected. Police are continuing to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
