5:30 PM A Flagstaff Police Officer was attempting to pull over a driver suspected of impairment along Soliere Ave. The driver refused to pull over and was also driving on a blown tire wrong way on Soliere. A supervisor advised to Officer to NOT pursue the vehicle. A short time later, the Officer was able to pull the driver out of the vehicle while at a stop light near Huntington and Fourth St. Suspect vehicle is a white van. 1 person is in custody.
