12:12 PM Flagstaff Police and EMS are responding to the Taco Bell at 3466 E Route 66 for a person behind the building not breathing. CPR is in progress.
UPDATE: the individual now has a faint pulse and narcan has been administered. Enroute to hospital by ambulance.
