12:29 PM Flagstaff EMS and State Troopers are at the scene of a serious multi-vehicle injury accident on Interstate 40 eastbound at Butler exit. At least 4 cars are involved. Multiple people have been ejected and are lying on the roadway. Flagstaff FD is requesting additional manpower/engine companies.
UPDATE: EMS crews report having 3 patients with non-life-threatening injuries.
