3:51 AM Fire units are reporting no flames or smoke seen at thus time. Police are evacuating the surrounding apartments.
3:54 AM Fire fighters saying they have found the source of the smoke. This is burnt food in the microwave. One engine can handle. Everyone else can return to service.
