12:19 PM Flagstaff Police and EMS are on the scene of a single vehicle injury accident in the area of Butler and Fourth St. A grey Saturn has crashed into a ditch and is slumped over the wheel. Moments before the accident, Stroopers put out an area-wide bulletin for this vehicle because other motorists reported the driver as driving recklessly and swerving between lanes. UPDATE: Officers have arrested the driver for suspicion of DUI.
