5:52 PM Flagstaff police are at Phoenix and Milton for an adult White male acting suspicious and holding a large knife. When officers made contact with the suspect, he initially did not comply with them. Several officers responded and Northbound Milton was closed. Officers continued giving the man commands with their Tasers drawn. At 5:53pm, officers took the suspect in custody.
