10:47 AM Ponderosa FD and USFS Fire are both on the scene of the South Wing Fire which is located just south of Wing Mountain off the FSR518. Size is roughly one quarter of an acre with moderate rate of spread and no structures or valuables threatened. Water is being placed on the fire now. Cause unknown. Full containment expected soon.
UPDATE: Command reporting that forward progress has been stopped.
