At 9:31 AM Friday morning, Flagstaff Police were dispatched to a report of a Theft in the area of Circle K on US-89. Employee says an intoxicated female stole a 12 pack of beer. Described as an adult Native American Female wearing black pants and black and white shirt with a backpack.
