At 11:50 AM Sunday morning, Flagstaff Police, Guardian Medical Transport, and Flagstaff Fire Department Engine 2, Rescue 2, and Battalion Chief 1 were dispatched to a report of a person found not breathing in the area of 2300 E Butler at the Speedway Gas station.
