11:38 am Arizona State Troopers and Flagstaff fire department are responding to a reported injury accident along westbound Interstate 40 near milepost 196. This is near the I-17 I-40 interchange. Extent injuries are unknown at this time. This is a single vehicle collision in which a white passenger car struck a barrier and is now blocking the roadway.
