DONEY PARK, Ariz. (FlagScanner) — A medical helicopter operated by Classic Air Medical made an emergency landing late Wednesday night due to an unknown mechanical issue.

According to CCSO radio traffic, the Bell 407 aircraft landed safely in a field near Kevins Way and Highway 89 shortly after 11:30 p.m. No injuries were reported.
Classic Air Medical, based in Utah, provides emergency air medical transport services across six Western states, including Arizona.
Officials did not specify the nature of the mechanical issue, but the helicopter remained grounded as technicians worked to assess and address the problem.
It is unknown if any patients were aboard the helicopter at the time of the incident.
