7:33 AM Flagstaff police and EMS are at the Flagstaff Homeless Shelter at 4185 East Huntington drive for an individual found inside without a pulse and not breathing. CPR was attempted as well as several Narcan. Medics have declared the person deceased on the scene. No further information was provided. Updates will be provided below.
