UPDATE: 12:40 PM: FD Station 2 is on the scene reporting smoke coming from a roof pipe/chimney. Evacuations underway. Incident command has been established.
UPDATE 12:42 PM: Battalion 1 is assuming incident command. He has asked for incoming units to downgrade their response.
UPDATE 12:43 PM: Interior fire crews are saying the fire is out, but smoke is inside. working on venting the smoke now.
