4:24 PM Flagstaff Fire Department is on scene at the Safeway Grocery Store at 4910 N Highway 89 for what originally was a fire alarm and fire sprinkler activation. A store employee then called 911 to report that part of the roof to the rear of the store was beginning to collapse due to snow and that this had caused the fire sprinklers to activate. The staff has begun to evacuate the store. Updates to follow.
