11:04 AM Flagstaff Fire and Police are responding to a possible structure fire at a vacant business at 107 W. Phoenix Ave. The caller is reporting dark smoke coming from the building. Officers on the scene have confirmed smoke coming from the building and have begun evacuating nearby businesses. UPDATE: The source of the smoke has been found. The issue has been resolved and units are going available.
