COCONINO COUNTY ELECTIONS OFFICIAL NOTICE LOGIC & ACCURACY TEST OF OPTICAL SCAN AND ACCESSIBLE VOTING EQUIPMENT



The Coconino County Elections Department and the Arizona Secretary of State will publicly test the optical scanning devices and programs to be used in the ballot counting for the March 19, 2024, Presidential Preference Election (PPE). The County Logic and Accuracy test of the programs and equipment will begin the week of February 12th and continue until the final review at 11:00 AM with County testing. The Secretary of State testing Logic and Accuracy immediately follows, starting around 1:30 PM. Tests will take place at 1300 W. University Avenue, Suite 180, Flagstaff, Arizona. The Logic and Accuracy Tests are open to the public, but space may be limited. For more information, please call the Elections Department at 928-679-7896.

Only voters registered as a Democrat or Republican may participate in the PPE. Voters can check their registration at My.Arizona.Vote.

Eligible Coconino County voters can vote at any vote center, or their assigned precinct. For a list of polling locations please visit www.coconino.az.gov/elections and select ‘in-person voting’. All voters who reside in a by-mail-only precinct will receive a mail ballot.
