At approximately 1:45 am this morning, Flagstaff Police were called to the Traveler’s Inn at 1526 E Rte 66 for a suspicious male. Callers said an adult Native American male was severely intoxicated and knocking on random doors waking people up. When the Officer arrived, the suspect became combative and began fighting with the officer. A brief struggle took place and the Officer deployed his pepper spray on the suspect before being able to place him in handcuffs. The suspect was transported to the Coconino County Jail and faces several charges including resisting arrest.
